Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when changing plans.
Plans are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe, and you'll be charged on the same date each month. We accept all major credit cards. Pay-As-You-Go packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription.

Pay As You Go lets you purchase individual projects or project packs without a monthly subscription. Each PAYG project includes Pro-level features: white-label output, logo upload, full position card library, and full customization. Choose a single project or save with a 3-pack or 5-pack.
All plans include both the Pricing Calculator and the Scope Builder. The Calculator helps you build detailed service quotes with labor, materials, and equipment breakdowns. The Scope Builder helps you define the scope of work for a facility, configure position cards, and generate professional scope documents for client proposals.
Position cards are pre-built role templates that define staff positions, tasks, and frequencies for common janitorial roles. The Community plan includes a limited set, Starter unlocks more, and Pro and Pay-As-You-Go include the full library.
White-label outputs remove Janitorial.Systems branding from your generated documents. With white-label enabled (available on Pro and Pay-As-You-Go), your outputs display your own company name and logo instead of ours.
On monthly plans, your project count resets each billing cycle. Projects do not roll over. If you need more projects before your cycle resets, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a Pay-As-You-Go pack for additional projects at any time.
